In-House Training for Personnel Qualification
Many of the employees that are with us today received their training in-house. We have a training center with a shop area of 1200 m² as well as classrooms and lounges totaling 600 m². The shop has 140 workbench, machine, welding, and plastics stations, each with the appropriate hard- and software for CNC and control technology. The classrooms are also amply equipped with the most modern equipment, such as PCs, video recorders, overhead projectors, and much more.
The training center at PFW facility trains not only company employees but also personnel from other companies and institutions. At our center, which is the only one of its kind in all of Rheinland-Pfalz, training is given to become, for example, an equipment mechanic specializing in supplies, industrial mechanic specializing in industrial engineering, or aircraft mechanic specializing in manufacturing. In addition, apprentices and new graduates receive appropriate training.
