Titanium welded tubesTubes are processed from coil. The metal coil is formed through several forming rolls then longitudinally welded using TIG process without metal filler. Thus, homogeneity of the welded area is guaranteed.
Tube forming is performed with a restricted hardening, preserving the mechanical properties of the initial material. Furthermore, our processes are intended to achieve ultra thin wall tubes with a diameter/thickness ratio up 400, and close tolerance.Titanium seamless tubesTitanium offers an exceptional corrosion resistance with an especially low density, thus providing an ideal material for the aeronautical industry.
