The new aircraft mechanic trainees (m/f/d) and dual students 2023 get off to a flying start.

Training and studies have always been important cornerstones of our corporate philosophy.

That is why we once again welcomed 16 young people this year who have opted for specialized training as aircraft mechanics (m/f/d) in our long-established company.

To make the start of the new phase of their lives as pleasant as possible, the training started with an introductory workshop lasting several days. In addition to team-building activities and lunch together, a visit to the neighboring Museum of Technology was of course also included.

In future, the trainees will receive basic training in our in-house training workshop. Exciting practical assignments in our diverse production areas are also on the agenda.

In addition, we have a total of 6 dual students who have opted for a varied combination of practical phases in the company and theoretical phases at the university. The mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, business administration and industrial engineering courses are therefore fully occupied.

The students start with a pre-study internship and complete our introductory workshop together with our trainees. They can now look forward to an exciting first practical phase with their own project.

We are delighted to have new junior staff on board and wish them all a good start to their careers!
